Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Chandigarh to Shimla Travelling (120 Km / 3-4 Hrs)

As you will be received at the Chandigarh airport or railway station, you will be taken to the Shimla city by road. While on the road journey, stop by at the small spots of Shogi, Sankat Mochan Temple, Barog Valley, and Vaishno Devi Cave. The light and charming day will close with a stroll at the famous Mall Road in the evening. Then go to your hotel to stay for the night.

Day 2: Shimla - Narkanda (70 Km / 2-3 Hrs)

Have breakfast and steer towards Narkanda, one of the most renowned stations of Himachal Pradesh. Narkanda is proudly set at the altitude of 8100 above sea level. It is brightly situated on the hilltop surrounded by two rivers, Sutlej and Giri. Narkanda offers great adventure activities and one can have so much fun here.
The town of Narkanda is surrounded by thick forests and apple orchards. Its beauty is also enhanced by the ski slopes and other winter sports. Actually, the station has become the ski capital of India. Apart from its ski resort, it is also the threshold of apple orchards by connecting to the Thanedar Belt. You must visit the plantations in the region. Your visit to Narkanda will also take you to Hatu peak, Hatu Mata temple, Tannu Jubbar Lake and Parm Jyotir Temple.

Day 3: Narkanda - Sarahan (100 Km / 3-4 Hrs)

Have breakfast and proceed to Sarahan by covering 4 hours of journey. Take a short break at Rampur to have lunch. It is set at 2165 meters above sea level in an astounding view of the surroundings. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and wind down the fatigue for some time. Then go out to see the Shrikhand Mahadev peak and the ancient, 800 years old Bhimakali Temple.

As the evening approaches, immerse yourself in the mesmerising views of the hills. If possible, attend the evening Aarti at the Bhimakali temple. It will bring peace to your soul. Get to the hotel to stay for the night.

Day 4: Sarahan - Sangla (90 Km / 5 hours)

As the dawn comes in, you can attend the aarti at the Bhimakali temple and then have your breakfast. Check out from the hotel and start the journey ahead to the beautiful Baspa Valley. Baspa Valley is one of the most beautiful Valley of the state. Continue the journey to Sangla to stay for the night.

Day 5: Sangla - Chitkul - Sangla (40 Km / 3 hours)

Have breakfast and get ready to visit the very old Kamru Fort and Kamru Temple devoted to the Goddess Kamakhya Devi. This brings a lovely vision of the history, tradition and culture of this hilly region. Have lunch and proceed to Chitkul, the ancient route of trade on the Indo-Tibetan region. There is a fascinating glory of the nature in this region. The place is full of wild greenery. You will be refreshed by spending one day here. Go to the hotel to stay for the night.

Day 6: Sangla - (Kalpa (49 Km / 4 hours)

Have breakfast and checkout from the hotel to start the journey to Kalpa that is situated at 2670 meters above sea level. It offers the most fascinating views. Check in at the hotel and wind down the fatigue. After some time start sightseeing around Kalpa. By the fall of the evening, visit Buddhist Gompa - Hu Bu Lan Kar. You will be filled with positivity upon your visit to this place. Then get back to your hotel to stay for the night.

Day 7: Kalpa tour

The captivating sunrise at the Kinner Kailash Peak cannot be missed in the morning. It is simply divine and glorious. Kalpa is also known for the production of nuts like Chilgoza and special apples. Make sure to visit the orchards. You can spot several pine trees and valleys full of greenery.

Have breakfast among the scenic views and proceed to the Narayan Nagini Temple Complex which is home to many old shrines of Buddhists and Hindus. This will fill you with divinity. Have lunch and go on to the Roghi village to delight your palate with local Pahari cuisines and see the local culture. Then return to your hotel in Kalpa to stay for the night.

Day 8: Kalpa to Shimla (240 Km / 8 hours)

Have breakfast and depart for Shimla on the 8 hours return journey. As you arrive in Shimla, hit the Mall Road to shop some great local items. Then go to your hotel in Shimla to spend the night.

Day 9: Shimla to Chandigarh (120 Km / 3-4 Hrs)
