Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Dharamshala (500 Km / 10-11 Hrs)
While you reach, you will get picked up from the railway station or airport straight to Dharamshala. Approximately 10 hours of the journey will make you reach Dharamshala. No need to worry, this long way will give you the beautiful views of mountains, green valleys and waterfalls. The sight is perfectly enthralling. After reaching Dharamshala, check in to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 2: Dharamshala local tour
Next day, make some memories in the local attractions of Dharamshala. Some of the main attractions include Dal Lake, Bhagsunath temple, Mcleodganj and the official residence of Dalai Lama. After the local sightseeing, you can walk around and explore the Kotwali Bazaar and other local markets in Dharamshala. After this, we will move to Dalhousie. After reaching there, just check in to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 3: Dalhousie-Khajjiar (22 Km/45 Mins)-Dalhousie
Take your first meal and prepare yourself to continue this journey to Khajjiar. It is the best place to seek the beauty of nature with peace. You can take some amazing pictures of Khajjiar Lake with your friends and family. Also, enjoy the lush greenery of the 9 hole golf course. After spending the complete day in Khajjiar you head to the hotel and take rest. There have your dinner and spend the whole night.
Day 4: Dalhousie – Amritsar (200 Km / 5-6 Hrs)
Start the new day of this journey with a positive morning. Take your meal and head to Amritsar which is about 6 hours far from Dalhousie. You can initiate by exploring the historic sights of Amritsar. Must visit the Wagah Border, if you want to get that patriotic feeling and also watch the beating retreat. Then move to the hotel for dinner and stay overnight.
Day 5: Amritsar local Tour
The ending of your tour package is coming but before that have local sightseeing of Amritsar. The places include the Jallianwala Bagh, the famous Golden temple and must visit the sound show at the place. If you missed the beating retreat, you can visit Wagah Border again. Now head to your hotel, have dinner and take rest with the overnight stay.
Day 6: Amritsar – Delhi (500 Km / 7-8 Hrs)
Here is the last day of your tour package. Take your breakfast and get ready to head back to Delhi. You are not going alone after this short tour; there are endless memories with you for the rest of your life.
