Day 1: Chandigarh to Manali
You will be received at Chandigarh airport or railway station and taken to Manali with a 7 hours journey. Upon arrival in Manali, check in at the hotel and spend the night.
Day 2: Manali to Jispa
Have breakfast and begin the journey ahead to Jispa. After the full day journey to Jispa, wind down the day by exploring nearby places and check in at the hotel. Unfold your fatigue with a nice dinner and stay at the hotel for the night.
Day 3: Jispa to Leh
Have breakfast and continue the journey to Leh. Upon arrival at Leh, check in at the hotel or guesthouse made in Ladakhi style. Take some rest for some time to get accustomed to the altitude of Leh at 3505 meters above sea level. Get your body adapt to the climate. Later, visit the Shanti Stupa and relish the dusk at the sunset point. Then return to your hotel to have dinner and stay for the night at the hotel.
Day 4: Sham valley around 90km
Have breakfast and gear up for the town of Leh through Leh-Kargil route. You can see other sightseeing points that fall on the way. You will see the Hall of fame museum that is set very near to Leh. Then go on to the Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. This Gurudwara is set very deep in one of the Himalayan ranges. You will also experience the magnetic hill and its magical pull that defies gravity.
Later on, proceed to the confluence point of the two rivers Indus and Zanskar Rivers and have a look at the captivating valleys. The views are extraordinary at this point and each sight has great sight worth capturing pictures. Return back to Leh after covering Spituk Monastery and Hemis Gompa on the way. Hemis Gompa is the largest monastery complex in the entire Tibetan Valley.
Also, go to see the Tibetan Buddhism monastery and Shey Palace which was the capital of the ancient Ladakh. Visit Sindhu Ghat and 3 Idiots Rancho School. Return to the hotel to stay for the night and have dinner.
Day 5: Nubra Valley (125 Kms 5 Hrs)
Have breakfast and begin the 5 hours journey to Nubra Valley. The Nubra Valley is called as the valley of flowers of Ladakh. While on the way, see the highest Khardungla Pass at about 18,380 feet above sea level. The Khardungla Pass has some of the greatest views of Indus Valley and the range of magnetic mountains.
Make sure to capture the views of Karakoram ranges of the Himalayas. Take some rest on the way for a while and enjoy the exotic views of the Hunder sand dunes. Hunder is also among the most wonderful places of Ladakh and is a must see destination. Return to your place of stay and spend the night in this beautiful region. When the night falls, go to see the villages nearby this place.
Day 6: Nubra to Leh
Have breakfast and proceed on the sightseeing visit to Disket monastery, one of the picturesque monasteries of the world. This area is well-known in the world as a part of the silk route. Then return to Leh by covering Khardungla. As you reach Leh, have dinner at the hotel and stay for the night.
Day 7: Leh to Pangong through Changla Pass (5320 mts height)
Have breakfast and proceed to the Changthang Valley. Changthang Valley. Is the second highest point in the whole tour of Leh. The panorama of the region is great with the bright sunshine and string of mountain peaks. Stay for the night at the camp or the guesthouse and enjoy the great experience.
Day 8: Pangong to Leh
Have breakfast and proceed to discover the beauty of Pangong. The Pangong Lake is set at an altitude of 13,930 ft above sea level. Pangong Lake is very wide and stretches over a long way across Tibet. As you get back to Leh, don’t miss to see the Himalayan marmots and migratory birds. Arrive at your hotel to stay for the night.
Day 9: Leh to Chandigarh
